Changelog

Everything new in AI Workout Buddy — the latest features and improvements.

August 2026

A simpler, hands-free workout screen

Every set is editable, so a machine being taken never blocks you — tap ⋮ on any set to jump there. Timed holds now start themselves through circuits and intervals, with a 5-second "get set" countdown before each one, and stopping early logs the time you actually held.

July 2026

Timer & tracking fixes

A rest timer that ends on its own, a reliable alert on every set, a workout stopwatch you start when you're ready (and that clears when you finish), and more accurate top-set strength progress in your history.
